Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

What materials are used in the Original Artworks?

My watercolour artworks are created using artist quality watercolour paints (Schminke) on archival watercolour paper. Please refer to individual listings for more details.

My acrylic artworks are created using artist quality acrylic paints (Atelier interative and Matisse Structure paints).

What materials are used to make your Fine Art Prints?

Each fine art print is made to order by the artist. The giclee prints are created using pigment inks on thick archival fine art paper. A small white border is present to help with future matting and framing - please refer to each print for exact dimensions. Prints are packaged with a backing board within an acid-free clear plastic sleeve and shipped flat in a rigid mailer.

What is a Giclee print?

The fine art prints are created using an inkjet printing process known as ‘giclee printing’ where pigment inks are precisely applied on archival fine art paper. This printing method produces such high quality prints that they are often mistaken as the original artwork. Pigment inks produce vibrant fade-resistant colours to produce art prints that last a lifetime.
