Original Painting of 'Two Banksias and Gum Leaves on Pink Still Life'
This native bouquet artwork was inspired by a trip to the local flower markets. I have a fascination with banksias – their variety of colours and textures are a constant source of inspiration. This gouache study was painted from life and completed in two sittings.
It was part of the Maroubra 'Space to Create' exhibition showcase in 2024.
