Original Painting of 'Banksia Bouquet in a Jar on Blue Still Life'
This native bouquet artwork was inspired by a trip to the local flower markets. It was part of the Maroubra 'Space to Create' exhibition showcase in 2024.
"This flower study was the third painted from the same bouquet. They are part of a series of flower studies painted within small pockets of quiet moments after I returned from maternity leave. This artwork was painted during a particularly miserable and wet winter’s day. I tried to capture the calm and quiet energy I felt on the day."
