This ‘Sushi Takeaway’ artwork was originally created using watercolour paints by Sydney artist, Vickie Liu, while on a holiday in Japan. She kept a record of each day’s activities by painting in her travel diary. This food illustration of her lunch was painted on board the bullet train.
